There are two types of people that have been successful with Provincial Home Loans. The first type is a seasoned, well-known industry professional lender. Our Managing Director has this background, as do three of our top five Licensees. The other group are passionate, charismatic, self-starters - the same core attributes as the first group, but who have come to the industry cold and weathered the pain of learning the intricacies of lending and succeeded magnificently. We do not look for the second type so much as they find us.

  • Our payment system is designed to be simple. Our outsourced Database Company gives us the hard facts and we prepare a Recipient Created Tax Invoice for the Licensee, who cross checks to their records, then we pay. Simplicity is important in this area.

Quality product is one of those statements that seems hardly worth saying, because who would say they had the worst products? We offer major bank funded product at cutting edge pricing, we have a fee free product all the time, and we offer loan accounts with 100% offset facilities for savings. The other thing we do is constantly refresh and negotiate better arrangements, and have direct input with the banks we deal with to create changes to products that will help at the coal face of sales. We give you access to Big Partners. With our relationships and volume of loan approvals, you are part of a major player in the market. We meet with the General Managers of the lenders we work with, and we provide you with the sort of back up you will need in this market in years to come. We are accredited Originators with ANZ Bank, Westpac, Pepper Homeloans and FirstMac. We could have arrangements with any bank we desire that offers Origination programs however we believe too many lenders may simply confuse the issue, and adds nothing to real choice - so we keep our lenders tight and look around regularly to make sure we are still with the market leaders. At the same time we expect and deliver loyalty with our lenders, and seek to build long term mutually beneficial relationships.
 
We provide industry know-how through our vast experience. Our Managing Director is one of the leading strategic thinkers in finance in this country, and has a hands on sales background in the industry as well. In addition to operating a successful growth company in a competitive environment, the management team have performed motivational presentations, produced a long standing radio piece for commercial radio, and are now involved heavily in the leading edge business systems that technology can deliver, including e-commerce facilities on the Internet.
