Max's professional career has been about property and finance from the start. Joining his family real estate business in 1986, he soon took over the company and established it as the number one real estate group in its region of Central Victoria (Waller Realty P/L)

Moving to Melbourne in 1988, Max entered the world of commercial and industrial real estate. During this time Max sat on the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Auction committee, administering policy and training for auctioneers in Victoria. In 2000, he joined MAB Corporation, a Melbourne based property developer with projects including the $1 billion" New Quay " Docklands development.

In 2002 , Max joined the ownership of Provincial Home Loans. With the support of a highly focused team of professionals, Max has established a broad client base around Australia and overseas in property finance services.Max spends time educating people about buying and financing property. He is a regular speaker for such groups as Delfin, Lend Lease, MAB Corporation and various Real Estate groups.

Max is a member of the Mortage & Finance Association of Australia(MFAA), a fully Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC), a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Australia(AREI).

Sue Stevens is a qualified mortgage consultant and real estate representative and works directly with Max to assist clients throughout the entire journey of a property transaction.

Sue started with Provincial as a client and after many property transactions chose to make it her career. As a senior member of the team, Sue's dedicated commitment to customer satisfaction has been instrumental to Provincial's success.

Danni has enjoyed 6 years in the property financial sector. Having worked in broking and a major bank following studies Danni has excellent management skills in the property finance area. Danni is a qualified mortgage consultant and is currently studying for her Diploma in Finance and Real Estate Agents Representative qualifications. Her role at Provincial Melbourne is to manage the daily requirements for our new and existing clients.

Danni's daily goal is to coordinate and manage the many facets of a finance transaction for the client with simplicity and clear communication, ensuring that the client?s experience is a positive one every time. Danni moved from her home town of Cairns North Queensland to join the Provincial Home Loans Melbourne team. Although missing the warmer weather Danni loves the pace and vitality of Melbourne of which she proudly now calls home.
