Max's professional career has been about Property and Finance from the start. Joining his family real estate business in 1986, he soon took over the company and established it as the number one real estate group in its region of Central Victoria (Waller Realty P/L). Moving to Melbourne in 1998, Max entered the world of commercial and industrial real estate as a Senior Property Auctioneer and Sales Consultant for the established group Kliger Wood, selling throughout Melbourne in all sectors of commercial/retail and industrial property. During this time Max sat on the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Auction Committee, administering policy and training for auctioneers in Victoria. In 2000, he joined MAB Corporation, a Melbourne based property developer with projects including the $1 billion 'New Quay' Docklands development. Max established and led the team at MAB's boutique real estate agency, Metro Real Estate based at Docklands. Max is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), a fully Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC), a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (AREI).
